eb3ec20f46 flake: fix testing by hardcoding system 
This is meant as a stopgap. I'm not quite sure how but we should use
the current system (which is not available under builtins in a pure
evaluation).

Use name as fallback merge-key (#21) 
This change uses the attribute `name` if
`x-kubernetes-patch-merge-key` is not the full
`x-kubernetes-list-map-keys` to avoid data corruption.
