More specifically,
- introduce helper function to get maps with all keys set to lowercase,
- introduce lookup helper based on such maps and
- change lookups for CreateVolumeRequest()s and CreateVolume()s so that
parameter keys are processed as lowercase irrespective of actual
spelling.
