Fix default of helm.releases.<>.apiVersions (#42)

The previous value included only the `<group>.<version>`, e.g. `monitoring.coreos.com/v1`.

But Helm charts actually also check for e.g. `monitoring.coreos.com/v1/ServiceMonitor`. For this reason we need both.
